Pancake Day: Making The Perfect Crêpes

We flippin' love pancakes and this year we've revealed our super simple recipe to make some delicious crêpes:

For 10 crêpes:
100g of plain flour
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
250ml semi skimmed milk
Butter for frying

Put the flower in a bowl and mix in the eggs and salt. Slowly add in the milk, bit by bit, while constantly whisking the mix until it turns into a smooth batter with no lumps.

Cover the bowl and let it set for an hour.

Heat a large frying pan and grease the surface with butter. Add a medium sized ladle of batter and immediately spread around the pan by moving it in a circular motion. The trick is to spread the layer of batter as thin as possible on the pan.

Keep a close eye on the edges and as soon as they start to brown flip and cook for the same amount of time on the other side.

When it's done slide it onto your plate, add your favourite topping et voilà!
